What Are Disney World Height Requirements?

Short answer

Some Disney World attractions have a minimum height a guest must meet to ride.

The rule belongs to the attraction, not the child’s age. Cast Members measure at the park and the safety requirement is not optional.

How it works

Check each attraction’s current official listing before travel and expect a child to be measured at the entrance. Shoes, home measurements and a previous result do not override the Cast Member’s check.

What families need to know

Measure children without promising a borderline ride. Then identify where the family can ride together, where a split may be worthwhile and which alternatives keep the non-rider’s time meaningful.
